Baclofen pump - anyone ever try using spasticity for therapeutic purposes?

I’ve had a pump since the end of 2016. Because no drugs worked, my legs were RIPPED like an Olympic sprinter due to the extreme spasticity then, of course, dissolved after the pump went in. There’s a bit left here and there. I can move in most ways in water so I guess most muscles are ones and twos in terms of strength. As I repositioned myself this morning to transfer from recliner to scooter, I triggered a spasm but worked with it and lifted my legs — I’d call it a semi voluntary movement. I know there are weird lead, lag and latency times with intrathecal baclofen, but could we somehow get an hour a day of substantial spasticity and try to move a bit in conjunction with spastic firing? Could it help both movement as well as just growing/maintaining muscle mass? Does any of this sound interesting and has anyone tried anything like it?

(Im starting a second pump thread about bolus v preset pump in another section.)
