Is it affective? What's the trick to maximize it? At 47 and 5/6 i'm making a shift from my max, to mid weight and upping the reps and couple days of lite weight speed reps and lookin for some thoughts. I've got a Batec hybrid and just really got into the last month, last couple weeks ive been climbing in gears and dropping the power at 4 miles a day everyday. Need to blend it all together.
