    Weight lifting and weight loss

    Is it affective? What's the trick to maximize it? At 47 and 5/6 i'm making a shift from my max, to mid weight and upping the reps and couple days of lite weight speed reps and lookin for some thoughts. I've got a Batec hybrid and just really got into the last month, last couple weeks ive been climbing in gears and dropping the power at 4 miles a day everyday. Need to blend it all together.

    use the batec more. extend your distance and keep your cadence up........... use with IF

            Hey buddy. Does the stricker run the dual calipers on the disc brake? I'm finding the Batec a little grabby downhill. You ever need adjust them?

              no, we run a hydraulic hybrid setup, cable actuated. smooth like butta. also has a secondary rim brake , both work in tandem
