How do you adjust the pulley points to the higher levels? I bought that Apex cable system that Sportaid sells and there's very little I can do without assistance.

I think you'd really the ft1 or ft2. Smaller footprint than the uppertone, easy to adjust and super smooth.

Yep I love it. Used an Uppertone for years and find the Inspire far superior. Way more exercises (strength&cardio), smaller foot print, less money and super smooth
