Does anyone know at what point in recovery can a person use the Lokomat?

The short, probably unsatisfying answer, is, "as soon as possible." The sooner you can get someone up and doing gait therapy, the better. However, they need to be medically stable and physically capable of withstanding the stress of gait therapy. That usually means no blood pressure or bone density issues, and probably decent upper body function, depending on the therapy. It's up to a doctor and/or physical therapist to prescribe the use of a Lokomat, so you'd need to talk to them to get a more specific answer for your situation.

In my case it was as soon as my blood pressure was under control, being able to hangout in a stander for 45 minutes with no issues.
