  • Primary Reasons

    To all those here who exercise, what is your primary motive? For example, one of the things that drives me is pain. I feel better with exercise. I also have a specific routine I've developed to help with the areas that tend to cause most discomfort.

    I'm just curious to hear from others too. Why do you exercise and if you have a specific movement you do that helps, I would love to know.

    Definitely isnt for vanity anymore. Exercise now is simply to build some muscle where I can. Helps with transfers and seems to relieve pain in my joints.
