  • quad exercise arm cycle

I am a c7 quad and would like to do more hand cycling but the struggle of getting in and out of the actual cycle has become a deterrent. I have a desktop hand cycle but it offers no resistance so I know I'm not getting the full cardio benefit. Is there a good one anyone has used before that offers such resistance and doesn't jump around on the desk a bunch?

    Another question:

I know there have already been discussions about it, but what is the most useful fitness tracker/heart rate monitor for a person in a wheel chair, namely for quads, just for argument sake.

    Thanks and happy New year

I have this arm cycle with the add-on ergonomic hand grips (vertical rather than horizontal grip). The resistance works fine so far. There's a little bit of jumping around, but nothing unmanageable.
