  • Muscle atrophy

I just finished my 15th session on an RT 300, feel somewhat positive about the results so far. When I can afford it, thinking about adding some more channels for the abdomen/trunk. Not sure if my abdomen has been completely atrophied, but wonder, if it is, can muscle atrophy be reversed?

It is rare if you have any spasticity that a paralyzed muscle is totally atrophied. Exercise over time, along with good nutrition, including FES muscle contraction, can build some muscle back if the atrophy is not severe. Others here have had mixed results with the use of FES for abdominals though.
