  • quad weight lifting gloves

I'm a c5/6. I've used wrist weights and they're are just a pain in the ass. anyone know of a good way to lift barbells or w/e they're called? i found these. Worried about my wrist having to much weight pulling it back while I'm doing curls. I use 15-20 lbs.

Will yhey fit tightly and not slip on your skin? And how would contact of glove with weight be?

ef, I run into the same issue. I need something with a quick attach/release that holds the weight around my wrists and on my forearms rather than tearing my hands from their sockets.

Have you considered using these? you might need a somewhat higher level of dexterity to get them on, but they might help you develop greater grip strength as well. Not sure if they would work but for the price they might be worth a try.

I use the active hands gripping aid for my weaker hand. Works good and doesnt hurt my wrists like wrist hooks did. http://www.activehands.co.uk/us/shop.htm

We use the Active Hands as well at Project Walk. They are extremely durable and can be washed in a washing machine. The neoprene lining make them very comfortable when your hands are strapped in for long periods of time.
