    Week 6 of the 14 week challenge

    EXERCISING everyday for 20 to 30 minutes is more challenging than I thought initially sticking to the scheduled time and documenting what I am eating. As week five is coming to a close, I finally feel more motivated to make this a daily activity. Plus in my research about eating a raw food diet during the winter months the article cited daily exercise as a way to combat not only the colder temperatures but the desire to eat cooked food. Oh and ncpad stands for the national center on physical activity and disability. They have a channel on youtube as well as their website http://www.ncpad.org/
