    ADAPT Advanced

    For all those living in the NW I just wanted to put the word out about a Therapy program in Portland, OR that is incredible. They specialize in rehabilitative exercises for SCI's and anyone else using a chair or physical/neurological disability. They help people newly injured or those who've been in chairs for 20 years.

    I did rehab there for 7 months post injury and loved it. I don't work there (I wish I did!) and am not commercially affiliated with them in any way. I just want to put the word out in case it helps anyone.
