Lower Abdominal - Combo Crunch Abdominal Exercises

do u really think someone with a spinal cord injury could do that movement ??....get real !!.....
i train my abs daily 400-600 crunches...have ripped abs for a sci....i do uppers flat on back, then side/obliques laying on side with knees bent up 90'..
.to do lowers , put legs up on large exercise ball...have someone roll ball so knees go up towards chest then back, pull up as my as u can as they move ball towards u....this is tough because most sci's have no hip flexor strength which is used alot in that move....

Sounds like a great exercise! I'll try it when find someone to hold my legs. Thanks!
