    Interesting video. Any practitioners?

Nowadays I stick to adaptive yoga because nerve compression in my cervical spine make tai chi arm movements impossible...but I used to do a lot of chair tai chi and it's a wonderful mind-body approach to fitness. That's a good link you provided, I find it especially helpful because it specifies which muscle groups are the main ones involved in many tai chi movements.

I did this after my year and a half of being sick with pressure sores ... it was great to get me moving again and flexible ... but something about the movements bothered my shoulders so I stopped after two months. Very relaxing though.
Roses are red. Tacos are enjoyable. Don't blame immigrants, because you're unemployable.
