That's Erik Kando. His physical facility has less to do with his size -- I don't think he's "so small" -- rather, he's exceptionally strong and quite fearless.
Life's perceived journey in this PMR is not to arrive at the grave safely in a well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, totally worn out, shouting "holy **** what a VR ride!"

Sure, and many paras could do this, but one can do most of these exercises in one exercise equipment, don’t see the purpose of him bouncing up and down on his butt and knee joints.
Thanks for sharing this. Robbie is also a T4 and somewhat thin, he is tall though, about 5' 10 with long legs. He is getting close to his 1 year anniversary. He works hard at the gym 3x week besides his FES bike and stander he does a lot of lifting and presses. I can see his arms getting bigger and muscular. This is a great video for him, very inspiring!
im close to that guys size and a t10. but i could never do that because of my fusions. and the pants skillz....AMAZING!!! tho...i recently found out a belt works wonders!!! my pants used to fall passed my ass from one car transfer, even if they were a 27" waist!(yes im small)
Holy crap I am a T4-5 para also and of all those things the only thing I can do is the bench press....wow wish my legs were that easy to move around....wow, good for him
