          Nice trout!

I'm going for a fall ride right now. Hope to cover 10 miles in an hour.

Great photos all - and are those some nice little wetland sedges in the foreground Arndog :-)

Well, did my first controlled set of freestanding deadlifts. No weights on the bars yet, just getting the form right and working out how to maintain balance. If I do them off my good leg with my bad leg just resting behind I can get down into the right position and pull up without bad leg getting in the way and without falling over backwards (for some reason whenever I just stand still or try and do any balance work with feet level I tend loose balance backwards). Only taken two years to get this far!

45 push-ups (closet to a push-up quads can do). Need to join a gym, but this will have to work for now.

Sometimes the narrow stuff is good.
But sometimes it is good to just move fast through open space.

Great video! It is awesome that you were able to do the entire trail. You are very fast on the crutches.
