So far this diet for me is great but i also take some Test which helps keep the muscle as you diet.

      How do you feel eating that many times a day pumpingiron. I'm not having any problems with muscle or strength, it's cutting a little weight. I'm about 170 right now. I'll give it a try though.

        Just purely out of curiosity sir i would like to eye a shirts off pic.Im always readin your threads and as you know im a physically active,weight liftin,saratoga crankin man myself and id like see what all the different protein supps and aforementioned cycles are producing for you?

                I eat small portions i dont want to fill myself everytime i eat that would be too much for me if your trying to lose the weight. So i have one piece of chicken with a little bit of rice i try keep all my meals small.

                      Its not easy to diet and train and it takes alot out of you but in the end you feel good about yourself and thats what counts.

                              I think everyone should find some way to workout even if its only a little bit. You will feel better about yourself and you will look better and you will be fighting the girls off LOL.

                                I AGREE 200%. crips and ab's both. so important. but unfortunatly its obvious both here on cc and in society, we are the minority and not the majority.
