Been to their shop 3 times and it's all great experience. Steve is awesome to work with. Really enjoy using my HOC chair and have other wheelchair users come up to me interested of where I got the chair from.

Thanks for mentioning HOC. I had started the process of getting a new (TiLite) manual chair and now believe that I will be much more fulfilled by going with HOC. These guys even have a SuperArm lift bracket as an option and I have recently placed an order for a SuperArm lift.

I've had my HOC chair for two years now, no complaints. The build quality is on another level.
