Seat pan base - carbon fiber fibre options ideas ?

The ADI Carbon Fiber Seat Base 18W x 18D is $300.

Problem is I need an 18W by 20D seat base.

Any ideas for sourcing appropriate carbon fiber sheets that would be equally strong enough and may come in larger sizes than 18x18 ?
