A company named Stealth Products took over ADI products. However, their website seems to be down at the moment.

Do you know anyone with at least rudimentary wood-working skills or better? I am sure that they could make one or three for you. Just a quality(?) plywood ( looks like 6 ply?) with tapers at either end and a grip hole or two, clearcoated. The anti-slip appears to be material that was/is used on skateboards.
I would consider using bamboo wood, strong, forgiving, robust and lightweight.

The SCI-Nurses are advanced practice nurses specializing in SCI/D care. They are available to answer questions, provide education, and make suggestions which you should always discuss with your physician/primary health care provider before implementing. Medical diagnosis is not provided, nor do the SCI-Nurses provide nursing or medical care through their responses on the CareCure forums.

I started using Ultraslick board at about 25 years post after breaking my femur. I use for car transfer and put 'Pledge' on them about once a week. They have served me well.

I like this guys board too but it doesn’t have the grippers. Nicely slick and tapered
