Wheelchair / Backrest

I currently am using an ADI carbon fiber backrest on my TiLite TRA wheelchair. Here lately after a few weeks it starts to slide down on the right back post. Thus, I have adjust it so it's level again.

Has anyone run into this and found a good way to prevent this from happening?

I haven't had that exact issue but I slip non slip draw liner under the clamp for my side guards to stop them moving. The grippy, knobbly one. Like this but I get it at dollar tree https://www.amazon.com/Anti-Slip-Mat...a-818951943494
