That's good to hear. This is new to me. Had mine only a few weeks so still learning. I lowered the rear seat height. But can't remember if it was before or after attaching the Smart Drive clamp. If it was after, the clamp may be angled downward rather than the normal position. That may position the clamp toward the bottom of the groove rather than in the fully upward position making it less secure. Glad we talked about this. Have to check that.
