My insurance company is giving me a hard time about getting a new van. We have racked up 113,000 miles in 5 years. The in floor ramp system and the kneeling system do not work consistently. When it rains you can hear water moving inside the floor. The radio system shorts out. I'm taking it Monday to a local shop and they are going to check everything out from front to back side to side to get a quote on how much it will cost to fix everything. They will have it for 5 days. The insurance company is also paying for a rental van for the 5 days. Any suggestions on what they definitely should check? If I am going to be stuck with this van it needs to be back to new condition.
