Max. wheel spacer for ZRA?

What is the farthest it is safe to space out the axle sleeves on a ZRA series 2, for someone around 170lbs?

You're not going to add any amount of force that they aren't already designed to take. Space them out as far as they will go, which isn't too much anyway.
