    Its not my review but, I thought others may want to see it.

    Is there any reason why the steer castors are not positioned at the rear? Rear steer would give a tighter, quicker turn and this would enable better maneuverability.(thinking fork hoists here)
    Rear steer could be problematic at speed in the open though.
    Chain drive? I like chain especially where these drives are located so close to the road surface and would pick up more crap that would reduce the life of a Kevlar toothed belt. Chains are relatively cheap, as are sprockets AND a person could change the ratio on the cheap if they wished.
    Also, maybe it would benefit from some light chain guards to reduce chain lube throw; especially inside the home.

      Rear steer would be too squirrelly traveling at 11.6 MPH, probably at even half that speed.
