    For several years after my injury I wore a binder, and then for reasons unknown I stopped wearing one. I then developed the beloved quad belly. A couple of years ago I started to wear one again in hopes that I could contain the belly beast (wore a Dale binder), but it left a nasty gash toward the bottom of the bottom, on the right side of my body. IThe binder wasn't overly tight, and I positioned the top of the binder to rest just below my ribs. Is there something I should/can do to avoid this?

    I wear "shape wear" tank tops under my binder since the edge injured me once. They're a bitch to get on and off, but no damage since.
    T3 complete since Sept 2015.
