    Transparent wound sizing tool

    I used to have a couple transparent wound sizing measurement tools that came in a box of something I no longer have or remember what it was. As I recall it was a transparent piece of plastic with a bunch of different size circles printed with their measurements. If this sounds familiar, please let me know what product it was or a source to buy a couple of those measuring tools. Google doesn't seem to be a help to me on this one for some reason Thank you!

    We stopped using those where I worked several years ago, and went to the use of these when we started using the standardized SCI-PUMT tool for pressure injury assessment:
