Anyone have a lift installed in a Mercedes-Benz Metris?

I'm looking seriously at the new Mercedes-Benz Metris to replace my aging GMC Safari. My vendor told me that the Mini Vangater lift has been discontinued. I'm hoping that there's a side door lift that works with the Metris.

I am a quad, and use a lightweight 16" chair. So I'll need a 6 way power seat base too.

I'm having a Speedy Lift and Link chair installed in my Sienna. Seems like the should work in the Merc.

        Thanks robotnik,

It doesn't look like the driver's seat has an outside arm rest. Is that the case? I use that to push off of during transfers.

You're right, it doesn't. And I'm not sure it is an optionnal equipment here in Europe. May be in the US, you should ask.<br>The transfer from the seat to the wheelchair is a bit tricky, because the seat is also very narrow, and there's no room to put your left hand and push. After some use I've found a solution, I grab the passenger's seat and pull with my right arm, it allows my butt to slip a little, giving me enough room to put my left hand behind me. I've never been a transfer beast, so it takes me a noticeable amount of energy. But it works.
