    4x4 Sprinter

Here's a new 4x4 van platform that looks realistic for adapting with a lift & transfer seat...

I like it! Especially with my family growing this year.

I love sports! Wheelchair Basketball, Sled Hockey, Mono-Skiing, and Handcycling.

I have been transported in all types of wheelchair vans and have driven a couple. Since I use a powerchair, seeing out the windowns is always difficult and is typically limited to below the horizontal. This was a real problem when driving as the top of the windshield was directly in front of my eyes. The Sprinter vans are great as the height of the interior allows nice tall windows and I can enjoy viewing the entire landscape. They make fantastic wheelchair vans as the vehicle doesn't need altered, unlike the raised roof, dropped floor units.
I understand that the previous models were difficult to adapt because of the wiring under the drivers seat. Haven't heard anything about it for a few years though.
I spoke to a number of Sprinter owners and the ones with the diesel motor got about 35 miles a gallon.

      No Tri's or hand function.

Far better it is to try mighty things, to win glorious triumphs, even though checkered by failure. Than to take rank with those poor spirits who neither enjoy much or suffer much, because they live in the grey twilight that knows neither victory or defeat.
