    Low air loss/powered wheelchair cushion

    Low air loss/powered wheelchair cushion
has anyone any experience with these? Would it be nearly as good as sitting in my Clinetron ? type bed? Web search revealed about fifteen brands. Any suggestions?

Randy, I had good results with a LAL mattress during my recent hospital stay, but the SCI Nurses all seem to not trust the alternating pressure model cushion for skin protection. If the added weight was not too much, I'd be willing to try a cushion with the same technology as the LAL mattress.
