  • Custom made powerchair joystick handle

An engineer who is a quad, makes a custom joystick handle that appears to be very comfortable and work much better than those awful goalpost suckers.

    Thanks.

The price is a little higher than I expected.

Me too. Without hand and finger function, I have a hard time holding onto the joystick. Especially when I'm riding down rough roads or across fields and the like. Now I try and balance my palm on top of it or hold it at the base of my thumb but my arm get's tired after a while. At least it should last a very long time.

That looks impressive. Besides the fit I also like the ventilation. No SCI for me but in my years with powerchairs I never found a joystick comfortable and easily controllable. Glad to hear some one did something about it. I remember when manufacturers would after a while start offering as options things we were doing to customize our chairs. That was gratifying and frustrating, why didn't they think of it in the first place.

        Cool link, thanks :-)
