    Exercise mat

Can anyone think of a portable or lightweight mat or pad I could put on my bed while I'm stretching? My bed is pillow-top and the softness makes it hard to get a good stretch. I need to bring someone in to help stretch a few times a week once I'm done with PT so my muscles don't shorten up again. I'm thinking of the mats I use to use on the ground as a kid in PE. I don't have room to buy/make/store an actual workout table. Once I move I'm making one in my home gym!

    Something like this?
