My Homemade Stander...

Is finished !!....It cost me, i'd say about $40...I built it with help of my brother and my 2 sons(8/10). I will use to do squats. I'll start this weekend and i'll post pics of me using it..

Very cool roc21. Is that a mirror in front of the stander? Do you just pull yourself up from your chair with your feet on the ground?

yea i slid a mirror in there...yea, pull chair up, knees into padding, feet on floor, hold bar and stand up...its more to do squats up/down/up/down than just standing..i stand in the kitchen, only support is left hand on counter, wife sits in front of me to keep eye out...
