Medical justification for a super light weight OAD chair

I need help justifing why I need an ultralight weight OAD considering I'm also Applying for a levo c3 at the same seating clinic.

    The c3

Needs to stand to work with horses at her course

    The ultralight

    Needs a chair that fits
Needs a heel plate for connecting to her handcycle as is unable to use taxis and buses
the weight of her current chair is affecting her distance she can propel her handcycle

Whats your course? I used to be a trainer and instructor, hoping to get my health where I can get back to working with horses.
