Do you want to buy one or fabricate one?
Typically solid pans are made of either aluminum or carbon fiber. Several threads on this site exist about fabricating a CF one.
ADI is well known for their quality after-market CF seat pan. I have a factory-made aluminum one I ordered with my TiLite.
