I have one niggle about the OFL measurement. I think it should be measured from the footrest to the center of the back post, not the front. Measuring to the front of the back post makes sense if the chair uses fabric upholstery but not if your using a hard shell back. For example, while the 1.25" tubing back posts on my chair atypical, it would distort the OFL slightly. If measured to the center of the back post, it would take into account all setups -- except for all of those I can't think of at the moment .

While manufacturers do have different definitions for some measurements, the front of the back post is already a reference point in every custom rigid frame manufacturer's CAD drawings that appear in the repository. This not only includes TiLite, but also Lasher, Oracing, and TopEnd...

Due to the narrow width, which diminishes the lateral stability of the chair I wouldn't recommend this narrow a width on an ultralightweight K009 without 4 degrees of camber at minimum. It is less of an issue in heavier chairs, where the additional weight makes the center of gravity proportionately lower. As initially specc'd, turns at even moderately high speed can create unintended one-wheel wheelies, and although I have good balance and didn't go out of control when it happened, adding the extra width in my wheel base makes me feel much more secure, beyond the other advantages to additional camber.

I have my CAD for my new TR3 but I don't want to post my personal info that's on the drawing. how can I edit out the personal info? I'm using a Mac computer.

Slide a copy of your CAD into iPhoto, bring up 'retouch', set the eraser/circle to about 25% of max and click in steps across your personal info. You can slide the circle to erase but the result is a bit messy.

Also, in case your not aware, you can down size your CAD post under 'Tools/Adjust Size' to a fitable 800-ish pixels - learned this the hard way after dumbly posting mine a year back at its full 3000-ish size!
