Sorry for confusion. No, we put the factory seat on wheels with a lock down mechanism so that it can be wheeled into place for an able bodied person to drive.

You actually back onto platform, lock down and drive from your wheelchair. I have a video at www.goshichi.com that shows me unloading. We have more video coming as our website is currently under construction.

Cost is set by dealers, but it is about the same as minivans.

Yep it's by far the best vehicle I have driven. If I won the lottery tomorrow and I had money earmarked for a vehicle I would spend it to get my bronco rebuilt and set up how I like before I would buy a new vehicle. It went over anything or through anything that I pointed it at and with the top off it was a blast around town, not to mention when not around town it seemed to be a open invitation for the women to pull their tops off also when riding with me.

I'm at the Houston show and I sat in one of these trucks yesterday. I was bummed that the lift was so slow. The salesman said the extended cab model was $48k.

They may not have told you, but if you turn the key on the lift runs twice as fast. Of course, they do not allow us to do that at these shows.

I was at the Abilities Expo in Houston Saturday and was able to get into the silver Silverado with no trouble at all.... If it would have had hand controls and I could have wresteled the keys away from someone, I would have driven it right out of the Expo

I have the Ryno conversion on a 2000 Dodge Quad Cab and have driven it for over 10 years, anyone who says the Ryno conversion is better than the Goshichi simply doesn't know what they are talking about.

United Rehab Specialist is talking with Goshichi about becoming a dealer in Texas (Waco/Austin). As soon as that is worked out and state approval is nailed down here I will be getting the passenger side conversion....

I have a truck from goshichi and have had no problems with it. jschism do u have 1 from ryno mobility ? because in the winter that uvl looks like it will freeze up, also when i called and asked for some info they didnt make it in a 4x4. Whats up steve how you doing? By the way yes this is my truck from goshichi, they were very helpful and nice thanx guys.

I tried a RYNO GMC 2500HD 4X4 but my permobil was snug against the door and my head was in the roof. What are the measurements for the goshichi? Also in the ryno there was a hump in the floor that the guy said was there for the tranfer case, does the goshichi have that?

I've been doing research on new vans, trucks, etc, and from what I've heard the UVL's suck if you live in colder climates like I do. The ice and dirt gum them up quick. From what I've seen by internet, I really like the Goshichi conversion. However, I need to test drive one first and need it serviced here in Montana. Any plans on getting a dealership up here to start carrying them? I would probably buy tomorrow if I could see it first

this is my truck..i love it

i was going to go with the goshichi but i dont like driving from my chair. I just wished they would make the lifts faster lol..it takes about 2 1/2 min. to get in or out. no problems with it though.
