Why not order it with the ABS plastic cover and use that as a template?

                Hi SCI_OTR,

I`m going to order with plastic cover, but I already have the carbon fiber and I want to have the piece ready for when the chair comes for only have to change it, if a don`t have got the measure, I`ll wait and I`ll do what you say.
I`m going to order a classic silver forks from the Top End Crossfire or Crossfire TA6 because I think that they will be nice whit soft roll casters in a polished frame that tilite forks.

When you choose the measure of front seat height.
The measure comes with the caster in the center hole of the fork?
Them you can change the measure in 1/2" more and less?

                    That's correct.

My chair was ordered with 4" casters and were bolted in the center hole. Now I use 3" casters positioned in the bottom hole.

Do you think that a rigid seatbase like a Carbon Fiber Seatbase by ADI it will be better than a tension adjustable bolt on by tilite?

                      Somebody have got it?
What do you think about them?

My ZR came with an aluminum seat pan. I replaced it last spring with a carbon fiber pan from DragonPlate. ADI's may be just as good, but they insist on using an aluminum brace to support theirs.

A solid seat pan makes for a cleaner design and I find that it offers better postural support, for me anyway.

I also highly recommend ordering a pair of Surelock brakes for your ZR. It costs more than the D's and does the same thing, but as you can see from the photos I've posted, it's much nicer looking to have it integrated into the chair's "original" components.

Sorry, but I wanted to ask these types of brakes brakes Surelock and D's are not heavier than the brake band and are less aesthetically beautiful to see the pushchair you are better than scissors .... which are all these advantages of these brakes

                              Hi stephen,

If they told to you to put their carbon fiber seatbase over your aluminium it`s because they don`t use carbon fiber 100%.

I was speaking to specialist in carbon fiber and they told me that the carbon fiber 100% is stronger than stell, and if I want that they make me a carbon fiber seatbase they`ll have enough with only 3mm for a piece 16"x16" and I weight 80 kilos.

They told me that my carbon fiber sideguad of my GTX is not 100%, quickie put a layer of carbon fiber over a piece of plastic to look like, but in reality it`s not a piece of pure carbon fiber.

You can see here my carbon fiber sideguard

So if they told you that, maybe it`s because they do the same.

And here you can see what they do for I can see that It`s true what they said to me.
They scratch a little corner to get to the plastic, then they sand it, and put a layer of lacquer.
They do all this for only I can see that what the was seeing it`s true.
You can see the plastic in the photo.
