Hubby finally got his 2020 Silverado ATC conversion 02/27. He - we - LOVE it! One thing though - the EZ-lock is a pain! Won’t stay connected to iPhone and now we can’t even get it to recognize the thing! What a pain for him to get out when he’s alone! Last week he even got stuck in the truck because EZ-lock wouldn’t release. He had to drive 1-1/2 hours to dealer to get it fixed. The bolt on permobil is so long it gouged doorway plate trying to come into house. Ugh! Anyone else have or had issues with this new system? Thanks!

Have dealer raise ezlock 1/2”-1” then bolt under chair gets raised. As far as the app on phone no idea. have the dealer put buttons on the door so that he can at least as a secondary option. -
Thanks for the suggestion. We ended up removing/forget EZ Lock device then re-pairing. Now at least that seems to work. As far as the bolt issue I will pass on the info. Thank you!Comment
