I'd like to know too. I see that pregabalin or lyrica comes in extended release form and so if I took it at night it would work all night. Gabapentin doesn't have extended release, does it? I've used it for many years at night and had stopped for a year, so my walking is worse. I'm taking it again, but would lyrica extended release work better?

Would that work equally well for Gapapentin as it does for Pregabalin?
Any opinion on which of those is better or worse?
