        FPF, it's hinted that this procedure has been available in the UK for years but slightly different... Is it not well known over there?

          There are some Brits that have had the previous version of this procedure (which did involve some of the nerves [rhizotomy of dorsal root] being cut) in the UK by Prof Mike Craggs at UCL.           I don't personally know any Brits that have had the procedure so cannot comment on it. Maybe they will pipe up here if asked?
