Thanks, Sparky and Grammy! I'll try that Pelvic exercise, but can't do the rest. I do resistance exercises with legs and arms, plus sit bouncing on a raised minirebounder for 35-40 mins 3 days a week that's getting my heart rate into 80s.

You could always just buy TTK21 instead of trying to activate it through exercise
