Nothing really that hasn't been mentioned in this thread. He talks about the trials on rats and pigs, you can find the published papers in the thread. He mention what injuries they will not be able to heal, which is very severly injured ones. The cord still needs to be intact in some sense. He mention that they have an ok from the ethics commite to perform a clinical trial with two individuals. This trial was started over a year ago so nothing very new.
