High-dose methylprednisolone (MP) has recently been discussed and the proposed changes shown by Ravi could be a much more effective solution for secondary injury. I think this would be an option to the risks involved that the Mayo team and other trauma doctors have discussed. Listen to Ravi's idea and see his slides of injuries treated with methylprednisolone... Hopefully the acute scaffold being created at InVivo would be this successful.

If the data on MP is so bullet proof why do other doctors/scientists continue to question it's use?
