I certainly think it's worth it. Have you ever done an biofeedback? Be sure to ask about that, too. And I recommend the Biscayne Bay Marriott. They have great customer service.

Repairing Spinal Cord Injuries

W. Dalton Dietrich, Ph.D., scientific director of The Miami Project to Cure Paralysis, who has been successful in using cell-based therapies to restore movement in animals with damaged spinal cords, hopes to get clearance from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to begin clinical trials in humans later this year.

Yes, it would indeed be worthwhile. Drs. Dalton Dietrich and Damian Pearse have presented at the Working 2 Walk Symposium (www.working2walk.org) in 2007 and 2008 respectively. Both are really wonderful and dedicated researchers.
