Hi all, C4/5 complete here. I've been using a Kensington trackball for years without much of an issue. However, a recent fracture to my arm arm has temporarily (hopefully only temporarily) impacted my ability to use the trackball. With that, and as I age and likely become weaker, I'm wondering if it may be beneficial to look into other forms of mouse. In a quick search, I've come across the Quad Stick and Quad Joy. What are the differences? I'm simply interested in computer use only, with the ability to use with a MAC or PC. I'm not interested in gaming. I'd like a set up that I can drive up to, and not rely on set up from others to use daily. Any feedback is appreciated.

Both require you to put your mouth around the control, which can accumulate spit and require frequent cleaning and/or changing out disposable parts. Have you also considered the Headmouse? https://www.orin.com/access/headmouse/
