That sounds like what many browsers have, a standard “password integrity” check. I.e., Chrome knows when you’re using a password or username that is the same you’ve used on another site, and they keep track of what sites are compromised, and pop up that message when necessary.
It doesn’t mean anything has happened on CareCure! Just that you’re potentially using a compromised username/password.

I wouldn’t exactly say it’s ‘nothing’. Probably worth changing your password, at least.
(Chrome has a database of 4+ billion leaked user names and passwords it checks against. If this was a browser ‘password leak detection’ pop-up, then I’d at least consider changing this password. If you reuse passwords, I’d change those too. Just to be sure.)"I have great faith in fools; ‘self-confidence’, my friends call it." - Edgar Allen Poe

For future reference, I figured this out. We use “username” instead of email for login credentials. When we go to change our password, the software automatically inserts our user name into the “email” field.
If we don’t remove that username from the email field (which is there so we can change our email too, if we want) before clicking the “Save” button, then the save action will fail, because the user name doesn’t match the email.
So, anyway, I’m working on a fix so we don’t have to do this extra step when saving a new password in the profile settings.
