What type of plug is this?

I have an old Madentec HeadTracker 2000 head mouse that quit working about 7 years ago. I bought a SmartNav to replace it but started going bad and is currently being refurbished. I got to thinking about the previous mouse and got it out of storage. I was thinking that the Madentec might have quit working due to a bad power cord or computer connecting cord. I was going to test things out, but I can't find the adapter that allows you to plug in a USB cord. The plug on the bottom of the HeadTracker has an unusual plug. It has three rows of pins that are 9x9x8, totaling 26 pins but I cannot find a replacement anywhere on the internet. Does anyone recognize this plug configuration and know where to get one?

You might try a site like one of these to identify the plug:

I emailed cables to go... they didn't show my plug but perhaps they'll know. Thanks

      DB26 D-sub High Density connector

USB to DB25 available, but didn't see one for DB26.
