Are you using a VPN? (Virtual Private Network)

A VPN, or Virtual Private Network, is a secure tunnel between two or more devices.
VPNs are used to protect private web traffic from snooping, interference, and censorship.

I've had HMA - Hidemyass - which tracked my movement, logged and tracked me and I got a DCMA letter from my ISP. GARBAGE
PIA - Private Internet Access - No problems just slow connection - no logs,
ExpressVPN - quite fast and good speed but I didn't quite trust it.
Now I use NordVPN which also doesn't keep logs and is quite fast.
I'm running it on my asus rt-86u and works gr8.

What vpn do/did you use and how was your experience?

I use PIA, it does throttle the hell out of my speed, but I've got room to spare. I have a "1000 mpbs" connection thru AT&T so the max is really like 400 mbps, and I'm lucky to get 200 mps on an average day, but I get around 20-40 mbps through the VPN, which really is enough to do what I need to do, including downloading inordinate amounts of movies, music and programs.

Haven't used any of the others, but I'm interested to hear other opinions. I certainly won't fly without a VPN in this day and age of corporate data collection and the loss of net neutrality.

StrongVPN. Good experience with them. They also sell routers pre-flashed so you can switch between a normal connection and a VPN over your wireless network.
