Your printer works on all other websites except for SportAid (http://www.sportaid.com/home.php)? I just printed out a page from this website without any problems.

Did you try going to the page, pressing the PrtScn button? Then go to Wordpad or Word and paste to a new blank page. Select to print...

        Good luck.

It should be top row of the keyboard, on the right hand side. Did you try to save the page to your desktop, then print it?

If you have a regular full-sized keyboard, it should have a dedicated key that works by itself. However, if you have a laptop or other compact keyboard, you may have to press the function key with it. Usually two different functions are listed on the key top. The bottom is what the key does when pressed alone and the top one needs the function key pressed with it.

Incidentally, what Internet browser are you using?

I haven't had to push any other keys in years. How old is your OS? If you have anything older than Vista, you'll probably have to do what 55 says. I forget, maybe ALT is what you need to press along with prt sc. I'm using Vaio laptop with win7.

If you push print screen, it copies the screen to your clipboard. So you'll have to paste it into Paint or Word or some other program. Millard mentioned this, but maybe you're forgetting to do that.
