This is generally not a site for finding caregivers, but instead advice on how to find them, issues around employing them, conflict resolution, etc.
Have you posted ads on Craig's List? NextDoor? Cards or flyers at local rehab centers or nursing homes (with permission)? Your church bulletin? The closest nursing or PT school? Asked for referrals through local SCI support groups or people you know who have SCI/D?
